Founded in 1985, Divucsa is one of the main independent companies in the Spanish market, with more than 30 years of uninterrupted activity in the market. During this extended period, Divucsa has published more than 10,000 albums, specialising in the compilation sector, where it has been and continues to be a leader.
Divucsa’s catalogue includes artists as important as Manolo Escobar, Jeanette, Lorenzo Santamaría, Adamo, Richard Anthony, Peret, Los Chichos, Parchís, Juanito Valderrama, Karina, Los Sírex, Los Mustangs, Jimmy Fontana, Nicola di Bari, Rumba 3, Sergio Facheli, Emilio José and many more.
Some particularly memorable releases include “50 baladas inolvidables”, the “Basicos Clasicos” collection and the memorable disc “The Rosary” by John Paul II, that went all around the world on the main television news channels and newspapers.
In the year 2000, Divucsa merged with Arcade Music España, acquiring its catalogue.
As well as the styles mentioned above, Divucsa also has one of the most successful brands of dance music: Bit Music, that had particularly notable activity in the DJ´s golden era: the 90’s and the beginning of the 2000’s.
Divucsa also distributes third party products, such as the case of the prestigious British dance brand Ministry of Sound.
Divucsa avails of its own commercial network for Spain and digitally distributes its product to the entire world through its digital distributor, given that in the vast majority, the Divucsa catalogue is exclusive worldwide.
